The hotel's location was very convenient to the cable cars and slopes. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. the staff provided great service, parking the cars themselves and delivering special requests like linseed. the sauna and steam room were superb with a restful area. Ski lockers were large and convenient.

The dining times were a bit inflexible.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. It is located very close to the cable cars and slopes, which made it extremely convenient for us to access the ski lifts. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the owner himself going out of his way to park our cars. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided valet parking, a welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance, which added to our overall experience. The room amenities such as heating, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, and free toiletries were all of high quality. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and drinks, including packed lunches and special diet menus. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath, were a great way to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed the sun terrace, which provided stunning views of the surrounding area.

This ski hotel was perfect for our new year getaway. the ski area was superb and easily accessible with multiple lifts within walking distance. the meals were outstanding, especially the variety of breakfast options and the local delicacies offered for dinner. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to our requests. the spa facilities provided a great way to relax after a long day of skiing.

The Wi-Fi was not consistently available in all areas of the hotel and could be improved. some areas of the hotel looked outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

I had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay in this hotel. The location was perfect; it was just a stone's throw away from the ski slopes. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I particularly enjoyed the wellness center and saunas. The meals served were delicious and really enjoyable.

My basic room's view wasn't ideal - it was a concrete wall just outside the window that made me feel a little claustrophobic. I would advise selecting any room apart from the basic one.
